DISC offers a wide array of document imaging and document management solutions, both in-house and on-site. DISC is a partnership of Kentucky Underground and Voltaic Commerce. Kentucky Underground is a long time leader in off-site document storage and has an impressive 32-acre underground storage facility. Voltaic Commerce contributes years of experience in web-based software development and document imaging. The end result is a document imaging service company with the expertise to provide custom solutions and outstanding quality.

DISC - Document Imaging Services

DISC can provide your company with a low cost, efficient, electronic records and database management solution. We can create searchable PDFs. We can create custom databases or integrate new documents to your preexisting database and records management suites. If you have lost or damaged documents on your computer we can recreate documents efficiently by using paper documents and OCR (optical character recognition). Final products can be delivered in a wide array of formats. We offer conversion to almost any desired format, image or word processing file.

Every document that is scanned at DISC goes through a thorough quality assurance and image enhancement process. All images are manually checked for orientation so that 100% of the files we deliver to the customer are orientated correctly. This process of checking for proper orientation gives us a chance to check all the images for quality. All of the images go through an extensive image correction and enhancement process.

Our team of very skilled programmers can create a custom process to give you the highest quality images at a very competitive price. We use an automated image enhancement process that includes deskew, despeck, text repair, line removal, and noise removal.
